The primary users of this Website are dance studio owners and operators. No one under age 16 may directly provide any information to or on the Website. Information regarding minors who participate in dance competitions may be provided to us by dance studios on behalf of such minors, subject to appropriate parental consent and authorization obtained by the submitting studio. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features, register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If we learn we have collected or received personal information directly from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16 that was collected without proper authorization, please contact the Company using the contact information set forth in Article XIV below.

  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
  • Details of transactions you carry out through our Website and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Website. Please note that payment information (including credit card and ACH details) is processed and may be stored by our third-party payment processor, and is not stored by the Company. We may retain transaction history, receipts, and related records.
  • Your search queries on the Website.
